• All deliveries will be delivered within 7 - 14 working days after reflection of payment in our bank account, taking into consideration the availability of stock and region.

  • Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform the buyer.

  • Deliveries outside the borders of South Africa will not be done.

  • The courier will request proof of identity from the person receiving the goods and will be required to record such details on the waybill.

  • By signing such proof of delivery document, the receiver confirms that the goods were received undamaged and in good condition.

  • In the unlikely event that the goods arrive damaged or items may be missing, and the receiver wishes not to accept the items, then they must indicate on the waybill the reasons for sending the parcel back and both parties will need to co-sign against this indication.

  • In the event of Kindertjies Online being given an incorrect delivery address or no one is present to receive the item at the time of delivery, the delivery will be returned to our offices, and we will then contact you to re-schedule the delivery. Please note that you will be charged the delivery fee again, as we use contract delivery teams and we are charged for each delivery, and in turn this fee will be passed onto the purchaser.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.

You will be required to sign for your delivery.

If we are unable to deliver, our carrier may return your parcel to its depot and you will receive an email explaining where your parcel is and how you can re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel.

If delivery is not rearranged or your parcel collected it will be returned to our warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.

Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfil and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather.

Please note:

The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account. For cheque deposits, this means once the funds have been cleared, which is usually only 7 days after the deposit.

What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:


         Verify the shipping address

          Look for a notice of attempted delivery

          Look around the delivery location for your package

          See if someone else accepted the delivery 

Wait 24 hours - packages can show as delivered while still in transit
